2. Nature of Services

All services — Tech Consulting, Automation Consulting, STEM Projects, Academic Work, Resume Building, and Career Consulting — are professional, knowledge-based consulting services delivered digitally. Given their bespoke and time-intensive nature, refunds are governed by the specific conditions listed below.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Before commencement, within 24 hours of payment: Full 100% refund eligible.
• After work has commenced but before final delivery: 50% partial refund eligible. "Commencement" means any active research, written output, consultation time, or documented communication related to the engagement.
• After final delivery of the service: No refund is applicable. Delivery is confirmed via email to the client's registered address.
• To initiate a cancellation, email aravindsworkspace@gmail.com with your Invoice Number, Full Name, and reason for cancellation within the applicable window.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are initiated via Razorpay and credited to the source account (UPI / Card / Net Banking).
• Razorpay's standard refund processing timelines apply and may vary depending on the client's bank or payment instrument.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Services fully delivered and accepted by the client.
• Cancellation requests made beyond the applicable time window.
• Engagements where the client has not responded for 7 or more business days after delivery attempts via registered email.
• Partial work products (drafts, research notes, frameworks) already shared during an ongoing engagement.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, contact aravindsworkspace@gmail.com with full engagement details. If unresolved within 15 business days, the client may raise a formal dispute through Razorpay's dispute mechanism, accessible via the payment confirmation email.

7. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but not confirmed, funds will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank or Razorpay. If funds are not reversed within this period, please contact Razorpay Support or your bank directly. Aravind's Workspace does not hold funds from unconfirmed transactions.
